RETURN POLICY
- As of March 2020, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any purchases. All Sales are FINAL SALE. Please be advised orders will not be modified once it is processed.
- We are here to help make sure you get the right product and the right size with the quality you desire and deserve. Please feel free to use the sizing chart, call, text or email us for help with sizing. Our direct number to call or text is 480-269-1166 and our email is nvmyswagboutique@gmail.com for questions. NVMY Swag Boutique will NOT consider a size issue as a manufacturing defect.
- Please email or call us first if there is a defect with your merchandise. DO NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to our sales representative and receiving a confirmation email. Nv My Swag Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgment. Once approved by our sales representatives, we will provide a return address to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approved confirmation will be refused. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priiority Shipping and UPS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Only Cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We provide USPS Priority Shipping on all orders. Acknowledgement of your order will be immediately sent via email once you complete your order. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email at nvmyswagboutique@gmail.com and we will respond to your request with promptness to insure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded.
- We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options.
- Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand our exchange only policy as written and stated.
