RETURN POLICY
- Due to COVID-19 ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES have been suspended until further notice.
- ALL Sale or Discounted items are FINAL SALE!
- Orders cannot be modified once it is processed.
- We are here to help make sure you get the right product and the right size with the quality you desire and deserve. Please feel free to use the sizing chart, call, text or email us for help with sizing or other concerns. - Returns for exchange only should be mailed back to NVMY Swag Boutique at P.O. Box 631, Laveen, Arizona 85339. We recommend using the US Postal Service, this is the most economical means of shipping your returns back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT PAYMENTS. We allow 5 DAYS for you to send your return back to us for exchange only. After 5 Days, your order is no longer eligible for exchange only.
- NVMY Swag Boutique will not issue a exchange OR accept any merchandise, which shows signs of usage (i.e. perfume smells, deodorant marks, visible stains, etc.). Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be returned to the sender. In addition, NVMY Swag Boutique will NOT consider a size issue as a manufacture defect.
- Please read our exchange only policy carefully as our policy will be strictly enforced.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Only Cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We provide USPS Priority Shipping on all orders. Acknowledgement of your order will be immediately sent via email once you complete your order. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email at nvmyswagboutique@gmail.com and we will respond to your request with promptness to insure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded.
- We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options.
- Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand our exchange only policy as written and stated.
- Please be advised due to COVID-19, orders may be delayed in shipping with USPS.
