Please email or call us first if there is a defect with your merchandise. DO NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to our sales representative and receiving a confirmation email. Nv My Swag Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgment. Once approved by our sales representatives, we will provide a return address to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approved confirmation will be refused. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
